Old City restaurant Hight Street on Market is teaming up with local farmers, brewers, winemakers, and artisans to put together a night of feasting with Philadelphia’s finest. Long known for their farm-driven menu and craft cocktails featuring locally distilled spirits, Hight Street is “unusually committed to supporting and working with top local craftsmen to make our menu a reflection of our region,” says Executive Chef Jon Nodler. Not only can I totally get into locally produced menus, the food is always excellent at High St.
The first dinner of the series is on Tuesday, July 18th in collaboration with Johnnie Compton of Highway Manor Brewing. They make some of the BEST sour beers in the area. The menu features four courses family style paired with a Highway Manor beer at each course. Take a peak at the full menu here.
